We have rented dozens of homes and thought that this was the best! Very clean on arrival – everything in good working order and the pool was outstanding – water temperature a lovely 89° each day. Very quiet area – our own visiting egrets. We are so relaxed after one week here! One of the very few homes I would consider returning to! Keep up the good work!

What a great week in a beautiful home. It was so nice to watch college softball and be able to come back to such a nice house to unwind. Ct had 8 foot of snow this year, so the 80° days were perfect. Thanks.

Our 18th visit to this house!! We almost feel local! A resident type! All of us enjoyed our stay again. Jacuzzi brilliant! Back bed a bit creaky! Get a slide for pool! Oh a 60” TV would be good too! Just joking!!! I’m sure we’ll be back for some more. Shame Publix wasn’t finished up road!

We enjoyed your lovely home. It accommodated 9 people of which 1 disabled adult and 4 children. We loved the area, the rooms and pool area. If we come this way again we will try to stay here! The only thing, the weather wasn’t great in the beginning of the week! Thanks again!

Thank you for sharing your wonderful holiday home with us all. We have had a fantastic holiday and the villa being a major part. The villa was lovely and clean on arrival and very spacious. The boys especially loved the games room and loved the pool even though we didn’t get around to heating it. Sometimes arbitrary world events create friendships that couldn’t have happened without a volcana eruption on another continent; and brings new meaning to the understanding of irony. After meeting and spending a little time with the owners of this palace we were honored to be here in their house. We won’t forget…..

For our family of 3 , the house is perfect. Lots of access to the pool and deck. Tasteful furniture and décor. Immaculately clean. We really enjoyed the games room, awesome pool table. Our son really liked the air hockey. The wildlife is incredible and we had friendly neighbours. Cody loved the cranes. We have been incredibly comfortable and will come back. (Thank you Andy, Frances, Sophie and Jessica for wonderful vacation memories.)

It was great not to have to live out of our suitcases! We all felt right at home and had an awesome vacation here in Florida, our young children wanted to leave Disney early every day so they could go “home” to swim in the pool! We love the pool and the fact that Disney is so close and just a small drive home for the kids to drop off in the car!! Ha Ha. We stayed in the Animal Kingdom first for 2 days because of the way the flights were – but next time we would want to come straight here after the long flight. Being in a hotel with two small kids is hard work….in your villa it’s easy. We have had the BEST holiday ever. Thank you again. x

Another super break in your beautiful house. Still lots of things to do besides the parks. Harry P Leu Botanical Gardens, turn off 85 on I4 and Bok Tower on 27 south, both worth a visit. Lake Apopka and the Boat Mistress at Oakland, just off route 50, another peaceful spot to Alligator watch. To finish off, one for the ladies, manicure and pedicure at the Cagan Crossing small shops across from Walmart, $32 and the chairs give you a massage too! We’ll be back. Oh forgot to mention a deer in the tree, disturbed by a hot air balloon just skimming the roof and landing on playing field. WOW!

We had a great stay! We enjoyed both Disney and the other theme parks as well as Clearwater and Juniper Springs. We also managed to squeeze in a trip to Fort Lauderdale. The house was great and the kids loved the pool and the games room. We found everything convenient and would not hesitate to return. Thanks!

Once again, thanks for a fantastic holiday, excellent accommodation, like the new addition (games room). No trouble with the racoons as the new locking device was well worth the money. Looking forward to the next visit (3rd time) next year, as the villa, amenities and location couldn’t be better.

So much to see, so much to do. Two weeks isn’t enough. The villa is so nice, we found it hard to leave this beautiful house and surroundings. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The games room is fantastic and we would love to come again.

We had a great 2 weeks here at your vacation pad! Weather was awesome, 75 degs to 85 degs. The pool was great (a little warm for us northern folk!) Dominated the Legend Golf Course among others, all in all big fun! Thanks again!

The third time we come to Florida, it was again Great! The house is perfect for the kids, they love the playroom and we like the rest of the comfort. We have loaded our batteries and can work for another year and hope we can save enough money so we can come back!

The house was like a dream. Space upon belief. Well maintained and quiet. Racoons didn’t like us the first two days, but we stood for two weeks. A lot of frogs that reminded me of my passion, Puerto Rico. Pool was private and open 24 hours. One day we will be your neighbours! Thank you for allowing us to share beautiful family memories.

We arrived during a power cut (Halloween came early). Care of villa 1st class. Loved watching the butterflies as we relaxed around the pool. Heard, but didn’t see any racoons! Enjoyed meal at Randys – worth a try! Lake Louisa park a must see! Take an evening walk around the estate and check out the little frogs on the walk way! Who needs Mickey and all his pals when you can enjoy the scenery around the area of Orange Tree! Highly Recommended!
